Application Procedure:

1. Applicants shall fill in the application form as attached and enclose RMB400 application fee, then mail them to the International Office of Suzhou University of Science and Technology．  

2．Suzhou University of Science and Technology will mail back to qualified applicants JW202 Form, Letter of Admissio and Physical Examination Record of Foreigners.

3．Applicants shall go to Chinese embassy or consulate in their home countries to apply for visa.

4．Applicants shall register as stated in the admission letter in the International Office of Suzhou University of Science and Technology after arrival．

申请程序:

1、学生填写《苏州科技大学外国留学生入学申请表》后，寄回苏州科技大学国际处，同时邮寄入学申请费400元人民币；  

2、我校给符合入学条件者寄发《外国留学生来华签证申请表》(简称《Jw202表》)、《外国人体格检查纪录》和《苏州科技大学留学生入学通知书》；  

3、学生持《苏州科技大学留学生录取通知书》、《Jw202表》和《外国人体格检查纪录》到中国驻外大使馆或领事馆办理来华学习签证；  

4、学生按照《苏州科技大学入学通知书》要求到苏州科技大学国际处报到。
