1. 热得快、电热毯、取暖器、电煮锅等违规电器，不仅严禁在宿舍内使用，更易造成电路过载，引发安全事故。
2. 严禁将电线横跨床铺或缠绕金属架体，以防电线绝缘层磨损漏电。
3. 养成离室断电的好习惯，切勿长时间让设备处于无人看管的充电状态。
4. 规范使用充电宝，需选用正规品牌产品，杜绝使用破损、漏液的充电宝；禁止在被褥、衣物等易燃物品上为充电宝充电。
5. 请勿将多个接线板串联使用。若发现插座老化、灯光闪烁、电线发热等异常情况，请立即通过正规渠道上报检修。
🔌 Electrical Safety First
Our daily comfort depends on electricity, but it demands our respect and caution:
- Items like immersion heaters, electric blankets, space heaters, and cooking pots aren't just against the rules; they seriously risk overloading circuits.
- Avoid stringing cords across beds or around metal frames where insulation can wear thin
- Make it a habit to power down when leaving your room, and don't leave devices charging unattended for long periods.
- Use power banks properly. Choose products of regular brands without damage or liquid leakage; do not charge power banks on flammable items such as quilts and clothes.
- Avoid connecting multiple power strips together. Notice an old outlet, flickering light, or warm cord. Please report it immediately through proper channels so it can be addressed.
二、 违章电器清单
为维护全体人员的生命安全，根据校园宿舍管理规定，宿舍内严禁使用以下物品：
1.功率 300 瓦及以上的大功率电器（如电热水壶、微波炉、取暖器等）
2.小型加热类器具（如直发器、保温杯垫、电加湿器等）
3.大型家用电器
4.各类电压转换器
宿舍电路承载能力有限，上述规定旨在从源头上消除用电安全隐患，保障大家的居住安全。
📋 A Quick Guide to What's Not Allowed
For everyone's safety, certain items shouldn't be used in our dorms. According to campus guidelines, this includes:
-High-wattage appliances (300W+) like kettles, microwaves, and space heaters
-Smaller heating devices too - even hair straighteners, cup warmers, and electric humidifiers
-Larger household appliances
-Voltage converters of any kind
These restrictions exist because dorms have specific electrical capacities designed to keep us all safe.
三、流感防控，主动防护
冬季是流感高发期，流感传染性极强，会严重影响正常的学习与工作秩序，请大家积极做好防护措施：
1.注意防寒保暖，根据天气变化及时增添衣物，避免因温差过大引发感冒。
2.保持良好的个人卫生习惯，餐前、便后、接触公共物品后，需使用肥皂或洗手液在流动水下彻底清洗双手。
3.保持宿舍、教室等场所通风良好，每日定时开窗换气，保持室内空气流通，降低病毒浓度。
4.尽量减少前往人员密集、通风条件差的公共场所；确需外出时，可科学佩戴口罩做好个人防护。

- Pay attention to keeping warm and add clothes in time according to the weather changes to avoid catching cold due to temperature difference.
- Maintain good personal hygiene habits. Wash hands frequently with soap or hand sanitizer under running water, especially before eating, after using the toilet, and after contacting public items.
- Keep the dormitory and classroom well-ventilated. Open windows regularly every day to let fresh air in and reduce the concentration of viruses in the air.
- Reduce going to crowded and poorly ventilated public places. If you need to go out, you can wear a mask appropriately to protect yourself.
- Strengthen physical exercise, ensure adequate sleep, and maintain a balanced diet to enhance physical resistance.
- If you have symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat, and fatigue, please seek medical treatment in time and report to the school doctor's office and your department. Rest at home or in the dormitory to avoid infecting others.
