The winter holiday will take place from January 17th to March 1st. To ensure you have a safe, enjoyable, healthy, and fulfilling break, the International Office provides the following guidelines.
一、校园服务 Campus Services
根据学校统一工作安排，并结合各校区实际运行情况，现将寒假期间相关服务指南发布如下，请查收。
In accordance with the university's unified work arrangements and the actual operational circumstances of each campus, the service guidelines for the winter vacation period are hereby issued for your reference.

二、安全提示 Safty Reminders
1.留校安全 Campus Safety
（1）寝室内严禁留宿外来人员。
Strictly prohibit to accommodate off-campus external personnel in the dormitory.
（2）保管好校园“一卡通”及相关证件，如有遗失，及时报失。切勿将校园“一卡通”转借他人或请他人保管。
Please keep your campus card and relevant certificates properly. If they are lost, report the loss in a timely manner. Do not lend your campus card to others or ask others to keep it for you.
（3）注意用电安全，严禁在宿舍使用违章电器，避免火灾事故的发生。
Pay attention to the safety of electricity. Avoid fire accidents by not using appliances that violate the rules.
（4）离开房间前，请锁好门窗、关紧水龙头并切断所有电器电源。
Lock the door and windows, turn off the faucet and switch off all electricity supplies before leaving the room.
（5）保持宿舍楼道、消防通道畅通，不堆放杂物，熟悉宿舍楼消防设施位置及应急逃生路线。
Keep the dormitory corridors and fire exits unobstructed, do not pile up debris, and be familiar with the location of fire-fighting facilities in the dormitory building and the emergency escape route.
（6）遵守校园作息制度，不喧哗、不哄闹，不使用音响、电脑等设备干扰他人休息。
Abide by the campus daily schedule: Refrain from making noise or engaging in rowdy behavior; do not use audio equipment, computers or other devices in a way that disturbs others’ rest.
2.出行安全小贴士 Traffic Safety
（1）如果在假期期间离开苏州，请登录国际学生管理系统并提交出行目的地信息。
If you plan to leave Suzhou during the holiday, please log in to the International Student Management System and submit your travel destination information.
（2）出行期间关注交通情况，遵守交通规则，不乘坐无牌、无证或超载车辆。
Pay attention to the traffic condition, obey the traffic rules and do not take the cars without licenses.
（3）出行途中看管好随身物品，注意自己的人身和财产安全。
Keep a close watch on your personal belongings during your trip, and pay attention to your personal safety and property security.
（4）不要在野外江河湖泊等水域游泳。海边游玩要注意警示标志，不超越安全区域。
Never swim in rivers, lakes, or ponds. At the beach, stay within safe areas and beware of rip currents.
（5）如遇突发事件（如自然灾害、公共安全事件等），请保持冷静，严格听从现场工作人员或救援人员的指挥，有序配合应对，避免慌乱引发次生风险。
In case of emergency incidents (such as natural disasters, public security incidents, etc.), please stay calm, strictly follow the instructions of on-site staff or rescuers, and cooperate in an orderly manner to respond. Avoid panic to prevent secondary risks.
3.防盗防骗贴士 Theft and Fraud Prevention
（1）警惕诈骗和传销，防范各类陷阱。牢记“三不原则”：不向陌生人透露身份证号或护照号、银行卡号、密码、验证码等敏感信息；不点击陌生链接、不下载非官方APP；不向陌生账户转账汇款。
Be alert to frauds, pyramid schemes and traps.adhere to the “Three ‘don’t’ Principles”: Do not disclose sensitive information (including ID card/passport number, bank card number, password, verification code, etc.) to strangers; do not click on unknown links or download non-official mobile applications; do not transfer funds to unfamiliar accounts.
（2）不要轻信“轻松兼职”“高额返利”等诱惑。
Don’t fall for “easy jobs” or “high cashback” traps.
（3）接到国家反电诈专线96110 拨打的电话时，一定要及时接听，耐心听取工作人员的劝阻，避免上当受骗。
When you receive a call from 96110 (Anti-Fraud Special Line), please do answer it in time and listen to the staff's advice patiently to avoid being cheated.
4.遵纪守法 Follow Chinese Laws and Regulations
（1）严格遵守中国的各项法律法规，不参与任何违法犯罪活动,自觉维护社会公共秩序。
Strictly comply with all Chinese laws and regulations, do not participate in any illegal and criminal activities , and consciously maintain public order.
（2）警惕利用假期兼职打工，严禁非法就业，否则将面临法律处罚。
Be cautious about part-time job offers during the holiday. Illegal employment is strictly prohibited and will result in legal consequences.
（3）外出过夜需及时在当地派出所登记临时住宿。
Register temporary residence at the police station if staying overnight off-campus.
（4）违反国家法律法规者，将面临公安机关、司法行政机关依法作出的法律惩处，我校亦将依据相关规定对其作出相应纪律处分。
Those who violate national laws and regulations will face legal penalties imposed by public security organs and judicial administrative organs in accordance with the law, and our university will also impose corresponding disciplinary sanctions on them in accordance with relevant regulations.
5.其他提醒 Other Reminders
如遇紧急情况，可拨打电话：110（警察），119（火灾），120（急救）
In case of an emergency, you can call the following numbers:
