On 16 March , Halmstad University delegation consisiting of Sylvia Waara , Head of Environmental Science Department, associate professor Mikael Hindgren from Laboratory of Mathematics, Physics and Electrical Engineering and Mirella Radak and Ditte Sorensen from International office made  a  visit  to  Suzhou  University of Science and  Technology(SUST). Ms.Wu Huifang, the Director of International Office, Li Yong, the Dean of Environmental Science and Engineering School,  and Fu Baochuan, the Dean of the Electronics and Information Engineering School, met guests in Foreign Guest Reception Room of Administration Building.

During the conference, both sides discussed the plan that the teachers and students of Environmental Science and Engineering School of SUST will go to Halmstad University to participate in exchange activities this summer. Also They deliberated on strengthening further communication and expanding joint projects between two universities. After the meeting, delegates of Halmstad University visited Environmental Science and Engineering School and Electronics and Information Engineering School and communicated friendly with teachers and students of the two schools.
